Andy Hawkins serves as Development Partner at One Oak Development, bringing over 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage, retail & mixed-use development and management experience to his role. Andy’s background representing a variety of clients at Foundry Commercial, Trammell Crow Development and CB Richard Ellis provided him with a wealth of retail knowledge and market relationships. His experience in sourcing, underwriting and executing new development and redevelopment opportunities throughout Central Florida is unparalleled.

Andy is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. He resides in Orlando with his wife and their three children.
